Troubleshooting: The occasional issues experienced by less than 1 in 500 users have been identified and addressed:

<li>Location Reporting Issue: If your app is stalled on "Finding Location," ensure that you have granted the C&amp;O Companion access to your current location. To rectify this, navigate to your device's "Settings" application, locate "Location Services," and activate it for the C&amp;O Companion.</li>
<li>Sync Interruption: In rare cases where sync fails to complete, a corrupted database may be at fault. Deleting and reinstalling the app via iTunes from iCloud solves this issue without additional charges, allowing you to resume using the app smoothly.</li>
</ol>
